Through our mobile app, SMEs can interact with an AI chatbot to discuss their activities, product features, and pricing. The chatbot utilizes the SME's storytelling, product information, and pricing database to generate marketing content and act as a virtual shopper for the company. When a user joins the app, they can engage with the chatbot and make purchase requests. The chatbot will then present the user with a selection of options to choose from and facilitate the buying process within the app. Furthermore, we offer a shipping service through another app called "Droopit Driver".
